All Packages are shipped via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Shipping and handling rates are based on the amount you order: (see charts below)
All orders are shipped in plain packaging and the shipping label does not mention our name or the item inside. In fact, there is no clue on the outside of the box as to the contents! You can feel safe having a shipment sent to your home or work address (assuming nobody else opens your mail, of course!).
General Shipping and Tracking:
In most cases, your order will be processed in 1 business day, your order will be shipped within 2-3 Business days after your order is placed. Some Special Order Items from certain brands may take 5-7 business days to ship from our warehouse.
Your In-stock item will be shipped once the item is located in-stock, your payment is approved, and the receiving address is verified.
After your order leaves our warehouses, delivery times vary according to the location of your shipping address.
After the order leaves the warehouse, it may take up to 48 hours or longer before the package is checked into the carrier’s tracking system. Please allow the time before you start tracking your package.
Orders placed on LoveBird’s Paradise maybe be delivered by one of several different carriers and shipping methods. All Orders come with a delivery confirmation and tracking number so you are able to track the location and the exact arriving date of your package(s).

LoveBirds makes every effort to ship the purchase as soon as possible. Guaranteed delivery does not apply in the event of service interruptions or failures caused by events beyond LoveBirds control – such as customer/recipient unavailability, incomplete or wrong address, weather delays and natural disasters.
COVID-19 UPDATE: WE ARE SHIPPING WITH LITTLE DELAY. Due to the ongoing global health crisis all carriers are experiencing delays across their delivery networks due to increased demand. This includes updates to order tracking and delivery times. For existing orders we do ask that you take this into consideration before contacting our support team, and to allow an additional 2 – 3 days after your estimated delivery time frame before contacting us.
Back Orders: Back Order from manufacturers are RARE as we keep constant update of items available. IF an item is Back Ordered or that color becomes unavailable, you will be contacted. Due to constant changes in the marketplace, there is a small chance that the item(s) you ordered will be out of stock when your order is processed. If the item is out of stock from the manufacturer, We will either send you an e-mail with notification of your back order items or the back order notification message will appear on your invoice with your shipment, If you like to receive an estimate date of when the item will be shipped, please email us at email@example.com. usually will take approximately 1- 3 weeks to be fulfilled and shipped. Your order will be put on hold and will be shipped and charged as soon as the merchandise is back in our inventory.
Important (Shipping): All times are based on when your order is shipped, not when you place your order. Standard processing times apply for ALL orders.
Standard Shipping: Standard ground – 7-14 full business days for your order to be delivered. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. MOST ITEMS ARRIVE within that 7 day Time Frame. Please watch for your tracking number e-mail.
Due to the sensitive nature, all sales are final. If anything happens in shipping or it is defective we will replace it immediately unopened. If it is an item that is not warrantied, please contact us immediately. We strive to make your purchase the best experience possible and will strive to fix any issue that may come up!
